Arnold M. Weiss, a 1958 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law,
was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1958 and to the Supreme Court of the
United States of America in 1971.
Mr. Weiss is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Memphis Bar
Associations, the American Judicature Society and Phi Alpha Delta Legal
Fraternity. He is an associate member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of
America and is also a member of the U.S. Foreclosure Network (USFN). |

Valerie Ann Spicer is a graduate of the University of Memphis, receiving
her B.A. in 1974 and her Juris Doctrate in 1977. She was admitted to
practice in the state of Tennessee and has practiced in Memphis since that
date. She was a member of the law firm of Spicer, Flynn and Rudstrom from
1977 until 1996. In 1997, she joined Arnold M. Weiss in order to concentrate
on the representation of financial institutions in the areas of foreclosure,
bankruptcy and commercial litigation. She has now become a partner in Weiss
Spicer Cash PLLC. Ms. Spicer is a member of the Memphis and Shelby County Bar
Associations, the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar
Association. She is a member of various industry associations, including the
United States Foreclosure Network, the Mortgage Banker Association of
America, and the Commercial Law League of America. |

Elizabeth Ann Cash was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2003. She is a
graduate of Baylor University (B.S., 1998), Union University (MEd., 2000),
and the University of Memphis (J.D., 2003).
Mrs. Cash is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Memphis Bar
Associations. |
