Arnold M. Weiss, a 1958
graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law, was admitted to the
Tennessee Bar in 1958 and to the Supreme Court of the United States of
America in 1971. Mr. Weiss is a member of the American, the Tennessee
and the Memphis Bar Associations, the American Judicature Society and
Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. In 2008. he was appointed to the
Vanderbilt University Law School National Council. |

Valerie Ann Spicer is a
graduate of the University of Memphis, receiving her B.A. in 1974 and
her Juris Doctorate in 1977. She was admitted to practice in the State
of Tennessee and has practiced in Memphis since that date. She was a
member of the law firm of Spicer, Flynn and Rudstrom from 1977 until
1996. In 1997, she joined Arnold M. Weiss as a partner and she is a
member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and
the American Bar Association. |

Elizabeth Ann Cash was admitted
to the Tennessee Bar in 2003. She is a graduate of Baylor University
(B.S., 1998), Union University (Med., 2000), and the University of
Memphis (J.D., 2003). Ms. Cash is a member of the Memphis Bar
Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar
Association. |
